Youth Mediation Programme within the MYCDIC Institutional Ecosystem
MYCDIC and MDM can route eligible matters through dedicated Youth Mediator desks while confidential records remain separated according to role, purpose and case responsibility.
This desk receives eligible matters that fit the core Youth Mediator mandate. It is the default route where the issue concerns youth participation, organizational relationships, structured dialogue or a matter that may benefit from neutral facilitation.
Eligible issues connected to MYCDIC programmes, structures, partnerships or exchanges can be routed through a dedicated desk. The institutional relationship does not create unrestricted access to the full case registry.
When an active MDM card is verified during case intake, the submission is immediately marked as MDM Priority. Priority affects operational ordering only: eligibility review, confidentiality, neutrality and safeguarding requirements remain unchanged.
The default pathway for eligible youth-focused mediation, organizational dialogue and matters requiring neutral structured engagement.
For eligible matters connected to Council programmes, structures, partnerships or institutional exchanges, subject to the same case safeguards.
