Publicly known as Moataz Kobry and officially identified as Abdelmouiz KOBRY, he is Founder and General President of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation. As Founder and General Supervisor of Youth Mediator, his role covers institutional direction, governance, credibility, programme integration and long-term development.
The general supervision role provides institutional direction, standards and long-term programme alignment. It does not replace conflict checks, case eligibility, professional mediation responsibilities or controlled access procedures.
