Founder & General Supervisor of Youth Mediator
Institutional leadership, youth diplomacy and international cooperation
View profileYouth Mediator combines general institutional supervision from the MYCDIC Presidency with dedicated executive management. Neither role replaces professional case safeguards, conflict checks or controlled access to sensitive records.

Director General of Youth Mediator
Operations, mediator coordination and case-management implementation
View profileThe Founder and General Supervisor provides institutional direction, programme alignment and governance oversight. Individual case decisions remain subject to the defined case process and should not be decided by prestige, hierarchy or informal intervention.
The Director General is responsible for operational development, team coordination, implementation of case procedures and continuous improvement of the service. Operational responsibility includes ensuring that safeguards are actually followed in practice.
Sensitive case access is purpose-limited and auditable. Personnel should only see the information necessary for their assigned responsibility, and non-super-administrative staff may require explicit approval before personal case information is revealed.

Youth Mediator operates within the Council programme ecosystem under the general supervision of the MYCDIC Presidency, with dedicated operational and case-management procedures.
