The programme does not promise a predetermined outcome. It creates a governed pathway in which suitability, safety, confidentiality and neutrality are considered before substantive mediation begins.

An active MDM card gives the submission immediate MDM priority once the card is verified. Registered cardholder details can be prefilled securely, while eligibility, confidentiality and neutrality safeguards remain fully applicable.

Founder & General Supervisor of Youth Mediator
Publicly known as Moataz Kobry and officially identified as Abdelmouiz KOBRY, he is Founder and General President of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation. As Founder and General Supervisor of Youth Mediator, his role covers institutional direction, governance, credibility, programme integration and long-term development.

Youth Mediator operates within the MYCDIC programme ecosystem. The institutional connection provides strategic supervision and programme alignment while confidential case handling remains subject to dedicated access, neutrality and conflict-of-interest controls.
